Book Trailer

michele review4 starsThis is the 3rd book in the series, and even if you start with this book first (like I did) you aren’t totally lost with what’s going on. If you are one of those people who HAVE to know the entire back story before reading a book in the series, then you should definitely book up book 1 first. With saying that, I still really enjoyed this book!

This is Josh and Mira’s story. These two have had the hots for each other since the first day they met, but there are so many things that stand in their way of happiness, Josh being human one of the main reasons. Once the council had put a time limit on Mira to find a mate, Josh desperately tries to find a way for them to be together. He can’t stand the thought of another man touching HIS woman, he just won’t allow it.

Once Josh is finally able to court Mira, things start to get hot. I mean so hot you’re fanning your face because of the steaminess of the scenes! However, while Josh is trying to find a way to be with Mira, there is danger in the mist. The closer it gets for Mira to choose a mate, the more danger the Anderson family seems to be in. Shifters come into the Anderson territory and start to cause trouble, and a woman from Josh’s past won’t leave him alone. She’s desperate to get Josh back and keep him this time.

During all of this, Josh has been having strange dreams and has been feeling off since an incident he had at his bar one night. Ever since, he’s been faster and stronger than a normal human. He keeps chalking it up to being around the shifters too long, or could this be what Josh finally needs to become Mira’s one true Mate.

Will the gods give Josh and Mira the one thing they need to be able to be together, or will the danger surrounding the Anderson family get to them before the gods give their gift?

I really enjoyed this book I can’t wait to see what comes next with this series. I also can’t wait to read more from Nancy Corrigan! I love these paranormal books and she has been added to a list of my favorite authors in this genre!
