goodreadsSynopsis

The Devil’s Dust MC has a list of new threats to the club’s lifestyle. Dani, to prove her loyalty, is trying to embrace a part of herself that she never knew existed until now. A sinful beast lurking beneath her surface has been awakened and is ready to eliminate anyone that stands in its way. Looking at her stained hands, she rinses the blood from them. She resigns herself to innocence lost and welcomes her thirst for more blood.

After a breathtaking turn of events, Shadow is looking at life in a different perspective. Not knowing who he can trust or who he can forgive has left him feeling desolate and alone. As Shadow is laying behind his rifle, he wonders if he can pull the trigger to eliminate the threat. He takes a deep breath and squeezes the trigger, the rifle recoil ignites the fuel that drives him.

Retaliations will be required.

Boundaries will be shattered.

Redemption will be lost.

Betrayal so deep, yet they still yearn for one another. Can Shadow overlook Dani’s transgressions? Can Dani overlook the mistrust that Shadow has placed upon her?

michele review5 star aThis book was AMAZING! If you love MC books, this is the book for you! It’s filled with suspense, betrayal, revenge and will take you on the ride of your life (pun intended 🙂 )!

Dani and Shadow’s relationship is intense. They both feel that pull towards each other, but Shadow is fighting it so hard. After what happened with Dani’s mom at the end of What Doesn’t Destroy US, I can almost understand where he is coming from…. ALMOST.

After Dani is released from her evil mother’s clutches, she goes back to the one place that feels like home, the Devil’s Dust MC.  Now she has to prove that she isn’t a rat and that they can trust her, but it’s going to be a lot harder than she expected. However the one person she thought would believe her is the one person who shuns her the most. Will Dani ever prove to the MC that this is her home and would never betray their trust?

Shadow is an ASS during some of this story. I can understand his issues, but there were times I really wanted to punch him in the balls. Though this man is one smoking hot biker, he is a hard fucker and once you betray his trust, there is no going back. The only problem here is, Shadow still loves Dani and wants her, but can he trust her?

Will Dani be able to prove to Shadow that she loves him and would never betray him the way her mom made it seem? Will Shadow finally break down the rest of those walls around his heart and let Dani in fully?

You’ll just have to read this and see 😉

If you’re looking for a book that is hot and full of suspense that keeps you on the edge of your seat, grab this book NOW! You won’t regret it I promise. MN Forgy has become one of my top authors for MC books and I can’t wait to see what she has in store for us in The Fear that Divides US!

M.N

M.N. Forgy was raised in Missouri where she still lives with her family. She’s a soccer mom by day and a saucy writer by night. M.N. Forgy started writing at a young age but never took it seriously until years later, as a stay-at-home mom, she opened her laptop and started writing again. As a role model for her children, she felt she couldn’t live with the “what if” anymore and finally took a chance on her character’s story. So, with her glass of wine in hand and a stray Barbie sharing her seat, she continues to create and please her fans.
