What’s worse than losing everything? Try driving a phallic-shaped RV across the country with a coworker you hate.

Copywriter Callie Murphy has a bad attitude, a vicious tongue, and a serious aversion to Shimura Advertising’s resident manwhore, Walker Rhodes. Know where he can stick his good looks and Southern charm? She can think of a few creative places. Avoiding him wouldn’t be a problem, except her boss threatens to fire her if she doesn’t go along with him on their RV client’s cross-country tour.

Walker is sick of his job, tired of women, and in a big old creative rut. The upcoming client road trip is just what he needs to shake things up and rediscover his lost passion. But his plans go south when his partner drops out at the last minute, and Callie, the foul-mouthed tiny terror, takes her place. Unless he can find a way to thaw his icy coworker, he’s looking at two months of pure hell.

On the road, they experience one hilarious misadventure after another and soon find themselves on a life-changing journey. But when their paths veer off in different directions, will they hit a dead end?

From the very first page, I was unable to put the story down. This was the first book I’ve ever read from Nicole Archer, and most definitely won’t be my last. I don’t know how many times I laughed out loud while reading about Callie and Walker’s journey. It was such a pleasant change of pace from all the other books out there.

Callie, oh man, do I love her! Her foul-mouthed ways were very entertaining, and her comebacks were amazing. (Not going to lie, I was pretty jealous on how clever she is. Though she seems like one tough cookie, she’s actually very fragile inside. She’s been beaten down and now is determined to find herself again.

Walker seems like the complete opposite of Callie. He’s pretty laid back, easy-going (and easy on the eyes). Everyone would think that he’s got it all, but in reality he doesn’t. He misses the one thing he loves most, putting it to the side just so he can make a living.

When these two were told they were going to be the faces and voices behind a new RV campaign and are to go on a road-trip together, you’d think their lives were ending. However, little did they know that they would actually be finally living. Though they have many bumps in the road, they finally see what they’re missing. Question is, will they be able to keep this peaceful heaven once the trip is over? Or will they go their separate ways and forever look back on the one time they were truly happy?

Like I said, I absolutely LOVED this book. There were so many laugh-out-loud moments throughout and so many clever comebacks. Callie and Walker though, were total opposites, they truly were soul mates. If the other books in the series are as amazing as this one, I’ll definitely be picking them up! If you’re looking for a book that will have you laughing so hard you have tears streaming down your face, but also has you cheering for these two troubled souls, this is the book for you!
