What I Need by J. Daniels Release Blitz + Review

WINFrom New York Times bestselling author, J. Daniels, comes a sexy new STANDALONE novel.

Riley Tennyson has made a huge mistake.

At least, that’s what she keeps telling herself.

Showing up to her brother’s wedding pissed off and newly single, Riley seeks comfort in solitude and an open bar, until the gorgeous and irresistibly charming CJ Tully makes her a better offer―a wild night with the master of smooth-talking where nothing is off limits.

Riley does what any single woman would do, and a connection is made. One neither one of them can ignore. But when she comes home to the boyfriend she no longer thought she had, Riley buries her secret and begs CJ to do the same.

Forget about each other. It was a mistake. That’s all it was… right?

Desires are hidden. Distance is kept. Until one night CJ makes the ultimate sacrifice, and Riley can no longer avoid the man she can’t stop thinking about.

Not with him sleeping down the hall…

I absolutely LOVED, LOVED the story and CJ and Riley!!!! I love a book that grabs me in the very beginning and pulls me in. Real life disappears for a while, and I thoroughly enjoyed every minute away from reality!

Riley is a hoot! I love her fire and passion, and yet she can be so shy and unassuming. I love a man who is sexy, has a great sense of humor, and LOVES his woman. CJ is exactly that! No woman could resist him. He’s got an ample supply of confidence, but he’s not a jerk. I love how he gives Riley confidence in her own self. Add in his southern drawl, “darlin,” and the guy is PERFECTION!

Not only do the characters make the book so good, but so does the storyline. Their relationship starts off backwards, in bed and then friendship, both always wanting more, but J. Daniels totally makes it work.

“Lovers who fell in love being friends. Friends who always wanted more.”

Their chemistry is hot as is the sex, and it is also sweet. Not only is there lust but also love. Lord knows, the man has a dirty mouth, but he also says things to make you swoon! In other words, it’s a perfect balance of steam and romance. On top of that, Daniels gives us a great cast of secondary characters, some from earlier books. I felt like I was one of them, and I loved watching Riley and CJ fall in love.

Why, oh why, have I waited so long to read this series?  CJ is my first Alabama boy, but he certainly won’t be my last. I already have all the other books downloaded, and I can’t wait to get to know each of them and the women who love them!

Romancing Dr. Love (Sterling University #1) by Rebecca Heflin Release Blitz + Giveaway

It’s all about the chemistry.
Sterling University #1
Rebecca Heflin
Releasing March 7th, 2017

Dr. Samantha Love says it’s all about the chemistry. A brainy psychology professor
and researcher, Sam has based her entire academic career on the theory that
what we call love is simply a chemical reaction. She is currently running a
study to prove that her compatibility blood test reveals perfect matches—sort
of like an organ donor, but for relationships. No romance required.
Along comes
sexy literature professor, Dr. Ethan Quinn, who says it’s all about the
romance. He thinks the pretty psychology professor has taken love and all its
mysteries and reduced it to something as romantic as a cholesterol test, and he
sets out to prove her theory wrong.
When Ethan
signs up for her study, Sam discovers to her horror, that according to her
compatibility test, they are a perfect match. Sam faces an existential crisis
over her career and her research. If she believes in her science, shouldn’t it
follow that she believes Ethan is her perfect mate? And if she doesn’t believe
he’s her perfect mate, doesn’t that bring into question her research? Her
compatibility test? Her reputation? And her very career?

As Sam struggles with her dilemma, Ethan pursues her with all the romantic
tactics in his arsenal. Will Sam’s theories succumb to his challenge? Or will
Ethan lose the battle for Sam’s heart?
