I really enjoyed the bond between Lila and Alexander. They both feel so strongly for each other and are willing to give it their all for a HEA. And the sex between these two is smoking HOT!!! Although this is said to be a standalone, this is actually book 2 and I did feel a bit lost at times. The beginning of Lila and Alexander’s relationship occurs in book 1 and while this book gives some of the history, it doesn’t include all of it. I would definitely recommend anyone wanting to read this book to read book 1, Billionaire, first.
